<div><h3>About the Role</h3><p>We are hiring a high-caliber HR Manager with proven EPC experience in the UAE to lead HR across corporate and project sites.</p><h3>This Role Is Strictly For Professionals Who Understand</h3><ul><li>Site-based workforce dynamics</li><li>Large-scale manpower mobilization</li><li>EPC project cycles and pressures</li></ul><p>If you do not have hands‑on EPC experience in the UAE, this role is not suitable.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead HR operations across multiple project sites and corporate office</li><li>Drive manpower planning&mobilization aligned to project timelines</li><li>Manage employee relations, disciplinary cases, and site HR governance</li><li>Implement performance management frameworks (KPIs / BSC)</li><li>Ensure UAE Labour Law compliance, WPS, and audit readiness</li><li>Oversee recruitment for engineering, technical, and site roles</li><li>Manage HR budgets and workforce cost optimization</li><li>Lead HR reporting, dashboards, and HRMS utilization</li><li>Support organizational structure and transformation initiatives</li></ul><h3>Mandatory Requirements</h3><ul><li>10+ years HR experience</li><li>Minimum 5–7 years in EPC / Construction companies in UAE</li><li>Proven experience managing large, multi‑site workforce (300+ employees)</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, and compliance frameworks</li><li>Experience in site HR operations is mandatory</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
