Madre Integrated Engineering Full timeWe are seeking a strategic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align business objectives with employees and management. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.Manage end-to-end recruitment aligned with client or business needs, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.Provide guidance on HR policies, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.Lead and support key HR initiatives including engagement, diversity & inclusion, and culture-building.Ensure legal compliance and mitigate HR risks.Collaborate with different departments for smooth delivery of HR services. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels.
