Job Description

<div><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive<b>HR&Payroll Administrator</b>to manage our daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will be a specialist in Saudi labor regulations, possessing hands‑on experience with the<b>QIWA platform</b>and end-to-end<b>payroll processing</b>. You will ensure that our workforce management is compliant, efficient, and supportive of our organizational goals.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>1. Payroll&Compensation</h3><ul><li>Manage<b>GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance)</b>subscriptions, additions, and removals.</li><li>Handle monthly deductions, overtime calculations, and expense reimbursements.</li></ul><h3>2. QIWA&Government Relations</h3><ul><li>Manage the<b>QIWA platform</b>for contract authentication, employee transfers, and professional title changes.</li><li>Monitor and maintain the company’s<b>Nitaqat</b>status and Saudization levels.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest regulations from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD).</li></ul><h3>3. Employee Lifecycle Management</h3><ul><li>Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and system entry.</li><li>Maintain digital and physical employee files, ensuring all records (Iqamas, Passports, Insurance) are up to date.</li><li>Manage leave requests, attendance tracking, and disciplinary records.</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li><b>Experience:</b>Minimum of 1–3 years in an HR Administrative role within Saudi Arabia.</li><li><b>Technical Expertise:</b>Advanced proficiency in the<b>QIWA platform</b>,<b>Muqeem</b>, and<b>GOSI</b>.</li><li><b>Labor Law Knowledge:</b>Deep understanding of the<b>Saudi Labor Law</b>and compliance requirements.</li><li><b>Skills:</b></li><li>Strong command of Microsoft Excel (for payroll modeling and reporting).</li><li>Fluency in both<b>Arabic and English</b>(written and verbal).</li><li>High level of discretion and confidentiality.</li><li><b>Education:</b>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
