Head of Motor Recovery - Motor Claims DepartmentAbout the jobOur client is a leading Insurance group based in UAE, seeking to hire a Head of Motor Recovery - Motor Claims Department for their Head office in Abu Dhabi. The position will be reporting to the Head of Motor Department.Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Motor Recovery Department, overseeing all aspects of the department's operations, including staff management, budgeting, and performance management.Develop and implement recovery strategies and procedures to maximize recoveries and minimize costs.Ensure the timely and efficient handling of motor recovery claims, including liaising with third‑party recovery agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders.Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including underwriters, claims handlers, and senior management, to ensure the effective management of motor recovery claims.Provide training and support to the motor claims team on motor recovery processes and procedures.Monitor and report on motor recovery trends and provide analysis and recommendations for improvement.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.Continuously review and improve the motor recovery processes and procedures to ensure best practice and maximum efficiency.Job RequirementsA minimum of 7 years of experience in the motor insurance industryStrong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of managing teams.In‑depth knowledge of the motor recovery process, including regulatory requirements, best practices, and emerging trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations.Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.Excellent organizational and time management skills.If you possess the skills and experience that align with the requirements of the job, apply and let's talk!#J-18808-Ljbffr
