We are an established market leader in the SaaS treasury management space, and are expanding globally through a combination of cash management, connectivity, and financial risk management.Ripple Treasury is currently looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our growing Solutions Delivery team. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the overall design and analysis of customer requirements relating to the Financial Instruments module of a Treasury management system, and for implementing the functionality that meets these requirements on time and on budget.WHAT YOU’LL DOLead discovery sessions with clients on their technical requirements and business processes relating to the management of their financial instrument’s portfolio, including debt instruments, derivatives, and investmentsGather and intimately understand full requirements and document the scope of implementationArticulate design rationale and functional strategy as it directly relates to accomplishing goalAct as an SME for financial instruments and risk, and train both clients and internal parties on the module and on market best practiceParticipate in building and implementation of the solutionHelp support & troubleshoot delivered work throughout implementationEnsure implementation proceeds on-specification and budgetEnsure client expectations are met / exceeded in terms of product set up and services deliveredTier 2 support for any escalated client issues related to financial instrumentsProvide up-selling opportunities and funnel to appropriate channelsWHAT YOU'LL BRINGBachelor’s degree in Business preferred, or equivalent experienceEnrollment in CFA, CTP or other professional program a plusProven experience in Treasury, Relationship Banking, or FintechProven track record in project management and implementations – either on behalf of clients or as a business userThorough understanding of the market environment for financial instruments and the systems that support such activitiesAdept with financial mathA good team player with ability to act on own initiativeStrong interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with senior managers in client based environmentsAbility to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve problems / issuesAble to multi-task, re-prioritize, and adapt to rapidly changing needs and fast paced environmentsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent listening, presentation, and consultative skills.Proven organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills and proven success working directly with clients.Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levelsWHO WE AREDo Your Best WorkThe opportunity to build in a fast-paced start-up environment with experienced industry leadersA learning environment where you can dive deep into the latest technologies and make an impact.
