This pivotal role will spearhead our efforts to provide unparalleled service and innovative financial solutions to our high-net-worth clientele.Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the Privilege Clients Group's market share and profitabilityInspire a team of seasoned professionals to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business objectivesForge and nurture relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients, corporates, families, and institutionsOversee the development and implementation of tailored wealth management strategies for privileged clientsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative financial products and servicesEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policiesRepresent the organization at high-level industry events and forumsDrive business development initiatives to expand the client base and increase assets under managementMonitor market trends and competitive landscape to maintain the group's leading position in the industry#LI-MM2Master's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the banking or financial services industryProven track record in managing and growing relationships with high-net-worth clientsExtensive knowledge of wealth management, private banking, and investment strategies for affluent individualsStrong financial acumen and ability to analyze complex financial informationExceptional strategic planning and execution skillsOutstanding leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and developing high-performing teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levelsDemonstrated expertise in risk management and regulatory complianceProficiency in financial modeling and analysis toolsProfessional certifications such as CFA or CFP are preferredFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages relevant to the region is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
