<div><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Guest Relations: Greet guests upon arrival, perform check‑in/check‑out procedures, and handle room assignments and key issuance.</li><li>Financial Accuracy: Process payments, handle foreign exchange, and maintain an accurate cash drawer (float).</li><li>Communication: Manage the switchboard, handle internal and external calls, and relay messages to guests or other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance).</li><li>Problem Solving: Address guest complaints professionally and, when necessary, escalations to management.</li><li>Upselling: Promote hotel services, food&beverage outlets, and room upgrades to maximize revenue.</li><li>Compliance: Maintain guest privacy and adhere to safety and security protocols (e.g., verifying IDs, emergency procedures).</li></ul><h3>Ideal Candidate Profile</h3><ul><li>Education&Experience: A University graduate with a background in Luxury Hospitality, Guest Relations, or Premium Services.</li><li>Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.</li><li>Professional Image: Must maintain a high standard of professional grooming and a polished demeanor suitable for a corporate/high‑end environment.</li><li>Soft Skills: A proactive "service‑first" mindset with the ability to handle high‑profile clients with discretion and elegance.</li><li>Preferred Nationalities: Lebanon, Tunisia, and Morocco.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
