This role will oversee graphic design, UI/UX design, video & motion content, and ensure consistent, high-quality design output across all global markets.You will work closely with Branding, Social Media, PR, and Growth teams, as well as external agencies, to translate strategy into powerful visual experiences. The role requires strong leadership, project planning ability, and hands‑on experience delivering large-scale sponsorship and partnership projects.This position is ideal for a design leader with agency collaboration experience, exposure to Web3.0 / fintech / emerging tech, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder creative programs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Leadership & StrategyDefine and own the global design vision across all markets and channelsTranslate brand and sponsorship strategy into scalable visual systems, guidelines, and toolkitsEnsure consistency across websites, apps, campaigns, social media, events, sponsorship assets, and videosContinuously elevate creative standards aligned with business and brand growthLead and oversee design output across:Graphic Design (branding, campaign visuals, ads, sponsorship materials, offline & online assets)Video Editing & Motion Design (brand films, promotional videos, social-first content)High-quality creative outputClear prioritization across marketsEfficient delivery in fast-paced, high-volume environmentsTeam Management & Cross‑Functional CollaborationBuild, mentor, and manage a global in‑house design teamCollaborate closely with:Branding Manager – brand identity, campaigns, IP & sponsorship creative directionProduct & Tech Teams – UI/UX feasibility and executionEstablish clear workflows and accountability between design, marketing, and product teamsAgency & External Partner ManagementLead collaboration with creative agencies, production houses, and freelancersBrief, review, and align agency output with internal brand standardsManage multiple agencies across different regions and project typesEnsure agency work integrates seamlessly with in‑house design productionBalance cost, quality, timelines, and creative expectationsLead creative direction for major sponsorships, partnerships, and large-scale brand initiativesSponsorship branding systemsCo‑branded digital & offline assetsCampaign and announcement creativesCoordinate multiple stakeholders (internal teams, agencies, partners) to ensure brand consistency and delivery excellenceProject Management & PlanningOwn end-to-end design project delivery from concept → execution → rolloutPlan design roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocationManage parallel projects across regions and teamsEnsure clarity, efficiency, and predictable delivery under tight deadlinesApply Web3.0 / fintech / emerging tech understanding to design thinkingExplore innovative approaches to:Digital experiencesInteractive and immersive visualsCommunity-driven or future-facing brand expressionsStay updated on AI-assisted design tools and next-generation creative workflowsKey RequirementsProfessional Background4+ years of experience in design (branding, digital, product, or video)2+ years in a design leadership or management roleProven experience working with creative agencies and external partnersBackground in fintech, Web3.0, crypto, or fast-growing global brands is highly preferredDesign & Technical SkillsStrong understanding of:Visual identity & branding systemsUI/UX principles and user-centered designVideo editing and motion storytellingProficient in tools such as:Ability to guide and elevate work across multiple design disciplinesProven experience managing multi-disciplinary design teamsStrong communication skills with internal teams and external agenciesComfortable collaborating with Branding & Social Media teams on high-frequency outputExperience managing distributed or global teams is a plusProject & Strategic ThinkingExcellent project management and planning skillsStrong prioritization ability in complex, fast-moving environmentsAbility to balance creativity with commercial and brand objectivesNice to HaveExperience with global sponsorships or high-profile brand partnershipsAbility to build and scale design systems from scratchExposure to AI-assisted design workflo
