Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to support business growth for a recruitment platform. The role involves outbound B2B calls, lead generation, and client acquisition by promoting recruitment and hiring solutions to corporate clients.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound B2B calls to prospective clientsGenerate new business leads and convert them into active clientsIdentify client hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment solutionsMaintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-upsCoordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth service deliveryAchieve monthly sales targets and business development KPIsBuild and maintain long-term client relationshipsRequirements1–3 years of home country experience in telesales or B2B salesExperience in FinTech, HealthTech, or Recruitment / HR / Services industry preferredStrong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skillsExperience in selling services is an added advantageSelf-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independentlyCandidates currently in the UAE preferredImmediate joiners preferredSalary & BenefitsSalary open to discussion (based on experience)Attractive incentives and commission structureCareer growth opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
