Flight Operations Support Officer

Job DescriptionMaintain the Flight Operation documentation in the Flight Operations Support (FOS) office and ensure that all information is readily available accessible and to the latest revision state.UAE National PreferredKey ResponsibilitiesControl a centralized library system which will comprise of Jeppesen Ipads and accessories subscription contract and agreement.Responsible for monitoring the Jeppesen weekly updates including E-charts CD are received as scheduled and distributed / updates to air base.Update the Jeppesen manuals upon receipt of the weekly revision and the corresponding weekly update status-monitoring checklist.Responsible for preparation of the schedule flight and ensure that all the items are complete as per Sign-Off sheet.Ensure that the Jeppesen Manuals are updated and correct according to the destination and alternate aerodrome as per the flight.Ensure that checklist (Sign-Off sheet) form are signed by the operating crew and keep on the file and make inventory of the contents upon return.Verify if Crew Feedback form is completed upon return of the mission hardcopy to be place in a dedicated folder (FOS office) and softcopy to be emailed to concern office.Ensure iPADS updates for EasyBrief on flight basis return flights ensure flight plans are updated.Ensure that monthly Navigation data updates are downloaded and coordinated with Maintenance & Engineering for all aircrafts Flight Management Computer (FMC).Perform archiving of Flight Operations documents and maintain proper filing system to ensure easy identification.SkillsMin 1 year experience in Flight Operations with similar Flight Support duties and responsibilities.Minimum High School Certificate preferably a University Degree.Fluent in written and Spoken EnglishDocument management with knowledge of Aeronautical publications ATA system and Operations documentation such AFM Pilots checklist FCOM QRH etc.Operations Technical Library and publications experience.Diploma or certificate in aviation related courses training in publication and related software.Good IT skills and proficient use of MS Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPointWorking knowledge on document management.Familiar with Electronic Flight Bag.Familiar with Navigation and Terrain databases.Preferably requires a former or current military air force experience in a similar environment.Must be organized proactive and able to work under pressure.Strong verbal and written Communication skillsStrong planning organizing and integration skillsStrong knowledge in the development and implementation of policies & proceduresStrong organizational commitmentMeticulous attention to detailRequired ExperienceUnclear Seniority#J-18808-Ljbffr
