FIELD CREDIT COORDINATOR

<div><h3>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES&TASKS</h3><p>Duties include but are not limited to</p><ul><li>Conduct field visits as per schedule, set by Unit Head, and communicate with defaulting customers to develop solutions and set an agreement or settlement plan to pay debt.</li><li>Assist in field visits to newly activated customers in order to verify and validate the accuracy of the legal documentation presented including validation of the Credit Information Sheet’s data (CIS) where applicable.</li><li>Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status of the defaulting customers to his superior daily.</li><li>Assist sales team in resolving aging’s related problems as needed.</li><li>Ensure daily processing deadlines are met as planned, and maintain accurate records for all followed up activities.</li><li>May occasionally travel to inspect major buyer’s premises with potential credit risk or showing delinquency in their account.</li><li>Assist in field visits to confirm reported bad debts, and ensure deactivated customers are actually closed.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
