As a licensed EMI from the Saudi Central Bank, we empower companies with innovative tools to simplify finance management.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Review the company's updated policies and procedures to ensure their compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and publications.</li><li>Work to spread Compliance culture in the company, and raise awareness of Compliance importance.</li><li>Ensure receipt of all laws, regulations, and circulars issued by the supervisory authorities and follow up on all company departments in their implementation.</li><li>Update compliance policies and procedures.</li><li>Identify and deal with all compliance risks and monitor their evolvement.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 4 years of experience in compliance.</li><li>Expert in MS Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li><li>High problem-solving skills.</li><li>High communication skills.</li><li>Previous experience in Fin-Tech Industry.</li><li>Any compliance certificate is a big plus.</li><li>Saudi Nationalities ONLY.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
