Our client has the largest digital asset exchange in the world and they are looking for an executive project Assistant. It is an exciting opportunity for candidate who is looking for relocation.They are looking for a disciplined and organized person to manage important initiatives and meetings, and ensure the vision and plans are understood and carried out.ResponsibilitiesEnsure that the team understands the vision and business priorities; facilitate business decision making, strategic planning, leadership meetings, and broader communications.Manage and monitor projects and initiativesSet up meetings and manage executives' calendarsOrganize & host internal meetings and take notes of the discussionsTrack the team's progress on projects and strategic team meetings, as well as oversee stakeholder reportingPrepare memos and communications materials for internal and external audiences.Support on other ad hoc and administrative tasksRequirementBachelor degree of any related disciplineMinimum 5 years as an executive assistant, project manager, consultant, or relevant experienceOpen to extensive travel / RelocationStrong organizational and project & program management capabilitiesAbility to communicate and influence senior stakeholders and team members based around the worldGood command in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must.Competitive remuneration package including 5-day work week will be offered to the right candidates.
