Events Analyst - Aquatics

Hamilton Aquatics is looking for a detail‑oriented and technically skilled Events Analyst (Aquatics) to support the accurate and efficient delivery of swimming competitions. In this role, you will manage all technical and data components of events, including full operation of the Hy‑Tek timing system, live event management, troubleshooting, and validation of race results. Working alongside officials, technical teams, and venue staff, you will ensure data integrity, precise timing, and seamless event execution under time‑sensitive conditions.Key ObjectivesDeal with all enquiries and communication in a professional and timely manner.Attend all events and competitions organised by Hamilton Aquatics.Professionally represent Hamilton Aquatics by company policies and procedures at all times and promote Hamilton Aquatics effectively.Assist with planning and delivery of Hamilton Aquatics events at the discretion of the Events Manager.Ensure the correct set‑up, operation and set‑down for the Meet Management software for every competition.Ensure the correct set‑up, operation and set‑down for the AOE system for every competition.Assist the Health & Safety Manager with administrative duties.Complete any duty deemed necessary by Senior Management to ensure the smooth running of Hamilton Aquatics.Desired QualificationsDegree in Sports Science, or related field to the post is an advantageDesired Experience1–2 years in aquatics/swimming eventsWell‑knowledged in Hy‑Tek software, Meet Mobile, AOE system and ExcelJob‑Specific Knowledge & SkillsFamiliarity/knowledge of the swimming industryAble to communicate at all levelsExcellent verbal and written communicationTime managementIT skillsRelationship management/customer service skillsRisk assessment/managementFinancial acumenProblem solving and conflict resolutionWhat We OfferA competitive salary packageAnnual flight allowancePrivate medical insuranceEnd of service benefitAccess to lifestyle discounts#J-18808-Ljbffr
