At Al-Qadsiah, you’ll play a key role in shaping our legacy, contributing to the nation’s sports vision, and making history every step of the way.</p><h3>Job Overview</h3><p>To oversee and manage RFQ-based procurement operations, ensure governance compliance, supervise procurement staff, and drive commercial value, efficiency, and supplier performance across all sourcing activities at Al Qadsiah Club.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Supervise and coordinate RFQ activities executed by Buyers and Senior Buyers.</li><li>Review and validate commercial evaluations prior to submission for approval.</li><li>Lead negotiations for high-value, strategic, or critical procurement.</li><li>Ensure adherence to procurement policies, delegation of authority, and budget controls.</li><li>Monitor procurement KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary.</li><li>Drive cost-saving initiatives and sourcing optimization strategies.</li><li>Ensure complete documentation and audit readiness of all RFQ processes.</li><li>Evaluate and manage supplier performance and risk.</li><li>Support procurement planning and reporting to the Procurement Lead.</li><li>Provide coaching, performance management, and development for team members.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline.</li><li>8–12 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.</li><li>Strong leadership and commercial negotiation expertise.</li><li>Experience managing multi-category procurement portfolios.</li><li>Advanced reporting and analytical skills.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><p><b>Why Join Al-Qadsiah?</b></p><ul><li><b>Be Part of the Legacy:</b>Join a club that’s redefining the future of Saudi sports, striving to lead the competition and set new standards of excellence.</li><li><b>Experience the Culture:</b>Thrive in an environment that values<b>quality, accountability, diversity, synergy, innovation, and ambition, while embracing harmony</b>.
