At Al-Qadsiah, you’ll play a key role in shaping our legacy, contributing to the nation’s sports vision, and making history every step of the way.Job OverviewTo oversee and manage RFQ-based procurement operations, ensure governance compliance, supervise procurement staff, and drive commercial value, efficiency, and supplier performance across all sourcing activities at Al Qadsiah Club.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate RFQ activities executed by Buyers and Senior Buyers.Review and validate commercial evaluations prior to submission for approval.Lead negotiations for high-value, strategic, or critical procurement.Ensure adherence to procurement policies, delegation of authority, and budget controls.Monitor procurement KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary.Drive cost-saving initiatives and sourcing optimization strategies.Ensure complete documentation and audit readiness of all RFQ processes.Evaluate and manage supplier performance and risk.Support procurement planning and reporting to the Procurement Lead.Provide coaching, performance management, and development for team members.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline.8–12 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.Strong leadership and commercial negotiation expertise.Experience managing multi-category procurement portfolios.Advanced reporting and analytical skills.BenefitsWhy Join Al-Qadsiah?Be Part of the Legacy: Join a club that’s redefining the future of Saudi sports, striving to lead the competition and set new standards of excellence.Experience the Culture: Thrive in an environment that values quality, accountability, diversity, synergy, innovation, and ambition, while embracing harmony.
