In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting clients, staff, and materials to their designated destinations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and vehicle maintenance. This position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative and supportive work environment where your attention to detail and commitment to safety are valued.Safely operate light duty vehicles to transport clients, staff, and materials to designated locations throughout DubaiMaintain clear and professional communication with supervisors, colleagues, and passengersUtilize GPS devices and navigation applications to determine optimal routes and ensure timely arrivalsConduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance and report any mechanical issues promptlyMaintain accurate trip sheets and vehicle logs on a daily basis and submit them to the site office without failKeep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and comfortable for all passengers at all timesAdhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulationsSupport team members with loading and unloading of materials when requiredManage fuel efficiency by switching off the engine when the vehicle is not in use and minimizing idle timeSchedule and coordinate regular vehicle maintenance appointments and ensure all vehicle documentation remains valid and accessibleCollect payments and issue receipts as per company instructionsRemain calm and composed in challenging driving situations and respond professionally to unexpected circumstancesWhat do we need from youRequired Qualifications:Valid UAE driving license for light duty vehiclesMinimum 3 years of professional driving experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentProficiency in reading and writing EnglishComprehensive knowledge of Dubai roads, routes, and locationsFamiliarity with GPS devices and navigation applications such as Google MapsPhysical ability to lift and assist with loading/unloading of materialsValid vehicle inspection and safety compliance certificationsRequired Skills:Professional and courteous demeanor with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm and composed in stressful driving situationsExcellent time management and punctualityStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsCommitment to safety protocols and defensive driving practicesAbility to maintain accurate records and documentationEffective communication skills with supervisors and team membersPreferred Qualifications:Experience with fleet management systems or vehicle tracking technologyKnowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshootingAvailability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and night shiftsExperience in customer‑focused service environmentsClean driving record with no major traffic violations#J-18808-Ljbffr
