Driver (Bus)

Summary of General Duties:Manages colleagues transportation from Accommodation to Hotel and from Hotel to Accommodation  Cleaning and Maintenance of bus on regular basisReview and update the Logbook.Be smart well-groomed and maintain a friendly and cheerful disposition all the times.Report regularly on happening to Transportation /Employee Services Manager.Maintain associate relations.Resolve passengers complaints in a good manner.Ensure the services are up to the required standard.Co-operation with hotels Departments Housekeeping Engineering F&B etc.Attend training classes as per scheduleShow fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departmentsIs aware of the daily activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilitiesMain Duties and Responsibilities:Pick up / Drop colleagues from accommodation to Hotel and from Hotel to Accommodation in a friendly and courteous manner.Duties include operating and maintaining transportation vehicles with a focus on safety and passengers courtesy.Performing minor maintenance tasks on the vehicles when necessary.Fueling the vehicle.Ensuring that periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported.Preparing trip reports.Preparing accident and incident reports as necessary.Providing other services as requested by management when not engaged in transportation service.Should be familiar with the roads and landmarks in the UAE (Especially Dubai).Should also be knowledgeable of all local rules of the road.General/ MiscellaneousCo-ordination and information with the Transportation Team Leader.He/she is familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility.Other duties as assignedSpecialCarry out any other reasonable task (which may not be stated here) as requestedQualifications : Diploma or High schoolHas 1 3 years experience in 4-5 star Hotel or UAE driving experienceRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Load & Unload,School Bus Driving,Employee Evaluation,Communication skills,Interviewing,Paratransit,Van Driver,Bus Driving,Commercial Driving,Driving,Human Resources,Motor Coach Experience Experience: years Vacancy: 1
