The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operating systems, deploying software, maintaining endpoint security tools, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure a secure and productive user experience.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain operating systems such as<b>Microsoft Windows</b>and<b>macOS</b>.</li><li>Manage software installations, upgrades, and patch management to ensure systems are up to date.</li><li>Deploy and manage endpoint security solutions such as<b>Microsoft Defender</b>and other antivirus or endpoint protection tools.</li><li>Support and maintain productivity applications including<b>Microsoft Office</b>and<b>Microsoft 365</b>.</li><li>Manage user accounts, permissions, and device access using<b>Active Directory</b>.</li><li>Assist with system imaging, device provisioning, and asset management.</li><li>Monitor endpoint performance, security compliance, and system health.</li><li>Provide support for remote users and troubleshoot connectivity issues.</li><li>Document technical procedures, system configurations, and issue resolutions.</li><li>Collaborate with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure system stability and security.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>2–5 years of experience in<b>desktop support, endpoint administration, or IT support roles</b>.</li><li>Strong knowledge of<b>Microsoft Windows</b>operating systems and troubleshooting methodologies.</li><li>Experience managing users and devices through<b>Active Directory</b>.</li><li>Familiarity with enterprise productivity tools such as<b>Microsoft Office</b>and<b>Microsoft 365</b>.</li><li>Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and remote connectivity.</li><li>Experience with endpoint security tools and patch management processes.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
