This hybrid role combines technical knowledge and business communication skills, with the aim of embedding security across all business functions, from boutiques to EXCO, while aligning with global strategy.Roles and responsibilities:Shadow IT & Risk GovernanceCo-develop and implement the regional Shadow IT strategyAssess and follow up on decentralized digital tools, and guide business teamsEstablish clear communication frameworks to enhance visibility and governanceBusiness Engagement & AwarenessOrganize and lead tailored cyber awareness sessions for:Boutique and sales staff, CRC teamsIT, RCS, logistics, and back-office functionsFinance, Legal, HR, Creative teams, and EXCOTranslate technical risks into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholdersAct as a bridge between cybersecurity and the businessDigital Project Advisory & GovernancePromote security-by-design in all regional digital initiativesHelp maintain a pipeline and dashboard of impactful projectsIdeal ProfileMaster’s in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field5+ years in cybersecurity, cyber risk, or governance rolesi>Strong technical foundation (architecture, infrastructure, SaaS security)Comfortable working across different cultures and brand environmentsFluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
