Customer Care Executive

Noorka Logistics is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about delivering excellent service, handling client inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience within a fast-paced logistics environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.Provide accurate information regarding shipments, services, and company processes.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to track shipments and update clients.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service completion.Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through service procedures.Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate logistics solutions.Contribute to improving customer service processes and standards.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or supply chain.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries.Professional and positive attitude.Skills & CompetenciesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCustomer-oriented mindsetPatience and active listening abilityTime management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAt Noorka Logistics, customer satisfaction is a key driver of our success.
