This requires comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, hotel products and services, including room types and rates, facilities, F&B outlets, promotions, and wellness centers. You will also ensure all guest satisfaction issues are addressed promptly and follow-ups are completed efficiently.QualificationsVocational College in Hotel Administration preferredEnthusiastic about the hospitality industryPositive learning attitudeExcellent personal hygiene and groomingGood communication skillsExcellent command of English, both verbal and written.
