We strongly believe that our diversity is a key driver of innovation and performance.PurposePosition OverviewAs IDEMIA continues to strengthen its Middle East capability, we are recruiting an experienced Client Solutions Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi, supporting large scale Travel and Transport public security initiatives.The Client Solutions Manager owns the technical and commercial coherence of opportunities from early qualification through tender submission and handover to delivery. The role requires someone who can operate at the intersection of solution architecture, commercial structuring, and stakeholder management, coordinating large cross functional teams and guiding complex decision making under tight timelines.The ideal candidate brings deep experience in presales, bid management, or solution consulting within public security, aviation, biometrics, or system integration environments, combined with strong communication, structure, and resilience.Long DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary solution and technical lead supporting Sales from opportunity identification through contract awardEngage directly with customers and authorities to analyse needs, shape solution strategies, and influence requirements ahead of tender releaseLead and coordinate complex bid processes, mobilising large cross functional teams across Sales, Product, Delivery, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and partnersOwn solution coherence, ensuring alignment between customer requirements, architecture, pricing, risk, and delivery feasibilityDevelop and support pricing strategies and financial models, working closely with Finance to ensure margin, cashflow, and commercial viabilityPrepare, consolidate, and review proposal materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and competitivenessOrganise and lead customer workshops, presentations, proofs of concept, demonstrations, and benchmark testsAct as a technical and solution subject matter expert for customers and partners throughout the presales and bid lifecycleEnsure adherence to bid governance processes and secure required internal approvalsHandover awarded projects to Program Delivery teams and transition to the next opportunityLong DescriptionRequirementsMinimum 8 years’ experience in presales, solution management, bid management, or consulting rolesProven experience leading complex bid processes and coordinating multi stakeholder proposal teamsStrong background in system integration, solution scoping, and high level solution architectureExperience in public security, airport and border control, biometrics, travel, or transport domainsStrong commercial and financial understanding, including margin, cashflow, pricing logic, and trade offsAdvanced PowerPoint and Excel capability is essentialDemonstrated ability to manage pressure, tight timelines, and competing prioritiesExcellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and conflict resolution skillsClear, confident written and verbal communication skillsFluency in Arabic is mandatoryPreferred QualificationsExperience working with government or authority led procurement and tender environmentsBackground in large enterprise technology vendors, system integrators, or consulting firmsExposure to formal bid governance frameworks and structured proposal processesProject management experience or certification is an advantageProficiency in an additional European language is highly desirableBy choosing to work at IDEMIA, you will join a unique tech company, offering a wide range of growth opportunities.
