Director - Enterprise Solutions Management

<div><p>King Salman International Airport Development Company (KSIADC) is seeking an experienced Director – Enterprise Solutions Management to lead enterprise platforms across airport operations, ensuring systems are scalable, integrated, and support critical business and operational functions.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead the overall strategy, planning, and governance of enterprise solutions across the organization.</li><li>Oversee implementation and lifecycle management of ERP, HCM, Finance, Procurement, and airport-related systems.</li><li>Ensure integration between enterprise systems and airport operational systems (e.g. passenger, baggage, operations platforms).</li><li>Drive system standardization, eliminating duplication and improving efficiency across platforms.</li><li>Define and enforce governance frameworks, policies, and architecture standards for all enterprise solutions.</li><li>Manage relationships with system vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers.</li><li>Oversee SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance to ensure service quality and system reliability.</li><li>Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and regulations (e.g. NCA, SDAIA).</li><li>Lead digital transformation initiatives across enterprise platforms to improve automation and user experience.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into system capabilities.</li><li>Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and release management processes.</li><li>Manage enterprise systems budget, cost optimization, and value realization (ROI).</li><li>Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery readiness, and incident management processes.</li><li>Act as escalation point for major system issues impacting airport operations.</li><li>Build and lead a high-performing team across solutions, applications, and support functions.</li></ul><h3>Qualification and Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science or related field.</li><li>12+ years in enterprise systems including leadership roles.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
