About the job Civil/Structural EstimatorJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for various civil and structural projects. The candidate will analyze drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure all elements of the project are properly costed.Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil and structural works.Review project drawings, specifications, and bid documents.Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams for pricing inputs.Conduct risk assessments and cost analysis for materials and labor.Prepare tender submissions and support the proposal team during negotiations.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 12 years of estimation experience in civil/structural projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
