Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Posted on 03/29/2026Connectalents, the leading recruitment & HRO company in MENA is currently hiring Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for one of our clients in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Our client is a well-established retail and distribution company specializing in stationery products, school supplies, office tools, printers, inks, and related wholesale and retail products.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the overall commercial strategy aligned with business objectives and expansion plansDrive sustainable revenue growth across retail, e-commerce, and B2B channelsIdentify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streamsOwn and manage the full commercial P&LRetail OperationsOversee all retail store operations, ensuring consistent performance and customer experienceDrive store productivity, sales optimization, and operational efficiencyLead expansion plans including new store openings and performance turnaround initiativesE-CommerceLead digital commerce strategy including platform optimization, customer journey, and online sales growthEnsure integration between online and offline channels (Omnichannel strategy)Monitor digital KPIs such as conversion rate, traffic, and customer acquisitionDevelop and scale B2B sales channels and distribution networksStrengthen key accounts and strategic partnershipsOptimize sales structure, targets, and performance trackingDefine product mix, assortment planning, and pricing strategiesEnsure alignment with market trends and customer demandOptimize margins while maintaining competitivenessPerformance ManagementMonitor and analyze KPIs including revenue, margins, stock turnover, and sell-throughImplement data-driven decision-making across all commercial functionsLeadershipLead and develop senior leadership across Retail, E-Commerce, and B2BBuild a high-performance, results-driven commercial organizationEnsure alignment, accountability, and execution across all teamsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Marketing on campaigns, branding, and customer acquisition strategiesAlign with Supply Chain to ensure product availability and stock optimizationRequirements15-20 years of experience in Retail / DistributionStrong background in multi-channel (Retail & E-commerce platforms & B2B)Experience in Retail sector is a must.Demonstrated success in scaling operations and driving revenue growthStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsPrevious KSA market exposure is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
