We provide easy, reliable, and fast company formation services through our network of Professional Partners and Government Authorities.Job DescriptionAs a Business Intelligence Manager at IFZA, you will play a pivotal role in driving business value through various data‑related initiatives and systematic improvements and also be an integral part of the team that launches new locations. You will be responsible for building, managing and securing the data systems for each department as we expand.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement data solutions that deliver significant business value, leveraging advanced statistical and enablement models for data‑driven insights.Cross‑Functional Enablement: Work closely with Sales and operations teams to align renewal strategies with overall business goals.Take ownership of the end‑to‑end implementation of data projects, from brainstorming and idea generation to implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Build and manage data systems for new departments as we launch in new locations, ensuring scalability, security and efficiency.Work with IT team and CRM, analytics, and other integrated applications, and how they can be leveraged for effective data management and insights.Provide visibility to Executive management on a consolidated view of key business performance indicators, as well as root causes of business challenges.RequirementsUniversity degree in a related field such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or natural sciences, with relevant working experience.Strong data‑driven mindset and numerical skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.Proficient in Python programming.Deep understanding of modern supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms (e.g., tree‑based models, deep learning, NLP, recommender systems, XAI) as well as classical statistical models like regression techniques.Experience with cloud services and version control systems.Familiarity with Zoho One, including its CRM, analytics, and integrated applications, with the ability to optimize and leverage these tools for data‑driven decision‑making.Strong project management and organizational skills, paired with excellent problem‑solving abilities and a hands‑on mentality.Commitment to teamwork and resilience in a dynamic and creative environment.Eagerness to continuously expand your knowledge of modern data science algorithms and technologies.As an IFZA employee, you can expect:24 Annual leave daysAnnual flight homeLife insurance planMedical insurance plan (with the option to upgrade at your own cost)Access to exclusive Fazaa discounts (applicable in participating retail stores, food & beverage outlets, fitness clubs, cinemas, theme parks, clinics, and more)Opportunities to learn, develop and grow with the organization#J-18808-Ljbffr
