This role is critical in enabling data-driven decision-making and ensuring data quality, security, and accessibility across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the data ingestion and governance strategy to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.Lead implementation and support of advanced data platforms, including:Master Data Management (MDM)Data Governance ToolsData MaskingBatch and Real-Time Data IngestionMetadata Management and Data Quality PlatformsDrive the adoption of Data-as-a-Product principles and ensure accessibility of data products.Apply Data Fabric / Data Mesh principles to ensure seamless integration and data availability across the organization.Manage and deploy automated data pipelines with CI/CD workflows.Create datasets for LLM (Large Language Model) training and advanced AI projects.Ensure integration of data platforms with enterprise systems.Provide internal training and support for effective use of platforms and tools.Lead the design of AI-powered solutions for business automation and insights.Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments and external vendors.Oversee delivery of complex projects within timeline and budget.Education:Minimum Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Experience:8-10 years of experience in data engineering and governance roles within financial services or similar industries.Hands-on experience with tools such as:CA Data MaskingTalend, IBM DataStage, ConfluentProven track record of leading data modernization projects and building scalable, secure data platforms.Skills:Strong leadership and project management abilitiesDeep knowledge of data governance and architecture frameworksProficiency in building and managing DataOps workflowsEffective communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationshipsStrong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in data environmentsIf you are passionate about data transformation and innovation, and ready to drive real impact, we'd love to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
