Job Description

This role is to conduct market research, analyzing data, identifying business opportunities and market trends, and preparing market periodical reports to support strategic decision-making within the organization. Additionally, collaborate closely with business line, legal and management teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory compliance.Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, potential clients, competitors, and emerging opportunities. Utilize various data sources and analytical tools to gather relevant insights.Strategic Analysis: Analyze market data, industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify strategic opportunities for business growth. Provide recommendations and insights to senior management based on the analysis.Business Planning: Assist in developing business plans and strategies to penetrate new markets, expand existing markets, and achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute plans effectively.Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, including revenue projections, cost analysis, and profitability metrics, to evaluate the financial viability of business opportunities and investments.Client Relationship Management: Support the business development team in nurturing client relationships, identifying client needs, and proposing tailored solutions to meet those needs.Proposal Development: Assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for potential clients. Ensure proposals are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and value proposition.Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of business development initiatives. Generate reports and dashboards to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, product development, and finance, to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in business development. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills through training, conferences, and networking events.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required.Over 5 years’ experience in business development, with a focus on business and financial analysis.Proven experience in business analysis, market research, or strategic planning.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and prioritize business opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
