DescriptionJob SummaryCinemacity is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer‑oriented Cashier to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Cashier will play a key role in delivering a smooth and enjoyable guest experience by handling ticket sales at the box office and/or processing food and beverage purchases at the concession stands.The ideal candidate will have experience working in fast‑paced environments such as cinemas, retail outlets, or food and beverage counters, with strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.Role ResponsibilitiesProcess ticket purchases and concession sales accurately using the cinema’s POS system.Handle cash, card, and digital payments while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.Provide guests with information about movie showtimes, seating options, promotions, and concession items.Ensure the cashier and concession areas remain clean, organized, and well‑stocked during operating hours.Deliver friendly and efficient customer service, helping to create a welcoming cinema experience for guests.Assist with resolving basic guest inquiries or directing guests to the appropriate team members when needed.Work closely with operations and food & beverage teams to support smooth service during peak showtimes.Follow company policies and operational procedures at all times.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Cashier, preferably in a cinema, concession stand, box office, retail, or food and beverage environment.Strong customer service and communication skills.Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately.Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by cinema operations.Arabic language skills are a plus.Candidates must be currently based in the UAE or able to work in Abu Dhabi and ready to join.#J-18808-Ljbffr
