With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we’re driving major missions forward.The Warehouse Manager will lead a large, multi‑level operational team consisting of Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, and Supervisors to ensure seamless warehouse operations. The role is accountable for achieving operational KPIs, maintaining inventory accuracy, driving process excellence, and ensuring compliance with Noon’s safety and quality standards.Leadership & Team ManagementLead and manage a large warehouse team, including Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Associates.Drive performance, coaching, and capability building across all levels.Ensure effective manpower planning and shift scheduling according to business volume.Build a strong culture of ownership, teamwork, and accountability.Warehouse OperationsOversee end‑to‑end warehouse activities: inbound, storage, put‑away, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.Ensure high operational efficiency to support fast order cycle times and peak volume handling.Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and equipment handling.Work closely with the SM and cross‑functional teams to align on daily and weekly operational goals.Inventory ControlEnsure 100% inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and variance analysis.Monitor stock integrity, minimize shrinkage, and implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with Noon’s inventory processes and standards.What you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.6–10 years of experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations, preferably in Q‑commerce or e‑commerce.Proven experience managing large, multi‑tier teams.Strong knowledge of WMS, fulfillment processes, and operational KPIs.Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume operational environment.Strong leadership & team‑building capabilityOperational excellence & process improvement mindsetAdvanced planning & problem‑solving skillsHigh resilience and ability to manage pressureData‑driven decision‑making and reporting skillsWho will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
