Job Description

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager - Key Control & Administration to oversee key control systems and administrative functions across the organization. In this critical role, you will ensure the integrity and security of key control processes while also managing office administrative tasks to support operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing key control policies, maintaining secure access to facilities, and ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols. You will also coordinate administrative activities that contribute to the overall functioning of the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise key control office operations including issuance, returns, custody, and reconciliationsMaintain accurate key registers, access logs, and administrative recordsEnforce access authorization rules, SOPs, and escalation protocolsCoordinate with Security and Facilities Management on access requirements, lock changes, and incidentsSupport housing office administrative workflows and documentation controlConduct routine physical counts and reconciliations, reporting discrepanciesTrain staff on key control and administrative proceduresRequirementsBachelor's degree in Administration, Security Management, or related fieldRelevant access control or security training is an advantageMinimum 4 years of experience in key control, access control, housing administration, or security support rolesExperience with audit-ready record-keeping and controlled processesStrong understanding of key control systems and security protocolsExcellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative softwareEffective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with various stakeholdersAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentialityProblem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach to managing risksBenefitsOffering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
