ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing guest inquiries requests and complaints in a timely and professional mannerSupport the Front desk team in coordinating guest services and activitiesOversee check-in and check-out processes ensuring smooth and efficient operationsCollaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve issuesTrain and mentor guest relations staff to maintain high service standardsAssist in creating and implementing guest satisfaction initiativesMonitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvementParticipate in special events and VIP guest arrangementsEnsure compliance with hotel policies and local regulationsAssist in managing the guest relations budget and resourcesQualificationsRequiredEducationandExperience: Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality 5–7 years experience in 45-star HotelHave knowledge of the hotel rate codes package segmentation discounts and how to handle each.Previous experience in Front Office or Guest ServicesGood Communication skillsExperience with Front Office SystemsAdditional InformationPreferably Turkish Speaker.Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
