Anesthesiology Specialist with DHA

We are seeking a dedicated Anesthesiology Specialist holding a valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering anesthesia safely and effectively for a range of surgical procedures, ensuring optimal patient comfort and care throughout the perioperative period.Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive preoperative evaluations to establish patient readiness and anesthesia plans.Administer appropriate anesthesia techniques tailored to individual surgical cases.Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels during procedures to maintain stability.Collaborate closely with surgical and nursing teams for coordinated patient management.Identify and manage any anesthesia-related complications promptly.Provide postoperative pain management and patient monitoring in recovery areas.Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of anesthesia care provided.Qualifications:Medical degree with completion of residency in Anesthesiology.Valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license to practice Anesthesiology.At least 3 years of professional experience as an Anesthesiology Specialist.Proficiency in various anesthesia techniques and patient management protocols.Strong knowledge of perioperative care and pain management strategies.Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.Detail-oriented with excellent decision-making capabilities under pressure.Benefits:Private Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus#J-18808-Ljbffr
