Analyst / Specialist - ICT

We are looking for a skilled Analyst / Specialist – ICT to lead and govern the technology change management lifecycle. The role ensures that all technology changes are implemented in a controlled, compliant, and business-aligned manner, minimizing risk while maximizing value. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational stability and enabling continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and govern the end-to-end technology change management lifecycleDevelop, implement, and enforce change management policies, standards, and frameworksManage and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetingsAssess and approve technology change requests based on risk, impact, and readinessEnsure technology changes align with overall business strategy and objectivesOversee change impact assessments, rollback plans, and implementation schedulesMonitor change performance, success rates, and post-implementation reviews (PIRs)RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related disciplineMinimum 5 years of experience in ICT operations, change management, or a related roleStrong knowledge of IT service management and change management best practicesExperience working with governance frameworks and structured approval processesExcellent analytical, coordination, and documentation skillsProficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) are considered a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
