Job Description As a Data Science Analyst in the Marketing Analytics team at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in transforming customer interactions in the contact center domain. Your focus will be on leveraging machine learning, NLP, and advanced analytics to improve self-service, predict user behavior, and enhance customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and fine-tune Generative AI models to improve customer interactions, automate responses, and enhance self-service capabilities. - Build and deploy ML models for intent classification, sentiment analysis, and predictive analytics. - Conduct customer segmentation and behavioral analysis to identify patterns, personalize recommendations, and drive targeted engagement strategies. - Optimize conversational AI workflows by improving intent recognition, response generation, and real-time decision-making. - Analyze large-scale customer interaction data to extract actionable insights and refine business strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and marketing, to integrate AI-driven solutions into existing platforms. **Qualifications:** - PhD with 1+ year of relevant experience, OR - Masters degree with 2+ years of experience, OR - Bachelors degree with 3+ years of experience.
