<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>Account Executive, Sales&Partnership Services (CIF Sports Properties) at Playfly Sports. Remote (California) with enterprise partnership responsibilities and day-to-day management of the high school sports property in coordination with the General Manager and General Sales Manager.</p><h3>What You’ll Accomplish</h3><ul><li>Execute fulfillment, including championship operations and on-site activation</li><li>Fulfill benefits per corporate partner agreements and develop relationships between partners and the high school federation</li><li>Collaborate with the General Manager to create, plan, and implement the high school sports property and Playfly Sports Properties events</li><li>Create, post, and manage sponsored social media campaigns on the State Federation’s Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts</li><li>Obtain and manage all necessary proof of performance records</li><li>Manage administrative tasks related to day-to-day office operations</li><li>Help develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed assigned annual revenue targets</li><li>Identify potential sponsors through networking with local business partners and researching local, regional, and national companies</li><li>Prospect, meet, and close a significant number of new and renewal high-level corporate sponsorships</li><li>Develop compelling sales presentations for new marketing partners by incorporating research, category dynamics, and an understanding of partner’s marketing goals</li><li>Create sales proposals and draft/negotiate contracts</li><li>Research the sports sponsorship industry and stay current with relevant market trends</li><li>Represent the high school federation’s property and Playfly Sports Properties professionally</li><li>Entertain and cultivate sponsors in non-game day related events</li><li>Understand and leverage Playfly business units to grow new business areas, leads, and categories</li><li>Provide dynamic integrated partnership packages with a focus on digital and mobile sales</li><li>Other job-related duties as assigned</li></ul><h3>What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required</li><li>Three years of direct sales experience in the sports multi-media environment or equivalent preferred</li><li>Experience with integrated and conceptual sales</li><li>Ability to generate and present ideas/concepts succinctly and provide creative solutions to prospects/clients</li><li>Strong organizational skills, especially related to contract fulfillment and contract proof of performance requirements</li><li>Self-starter attitude</li><li>Outstanding communication skills for interactions with clients, operational leaders and senior executives</li><li>Professional sales presentation skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Adobe Photoshop skills preferred</li><li>Understanding of KORE sales program or similar systems preferred</li></ul><h3>Travel&Physical Requirements</h3><ul><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Ability to sit, stand, and walk up stairs</li><li>Available to travel for client presentations, championships, and federation events</li><li>Available for event days, including nights and weekends, in correlation to client fulfillment responsibilities</li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3><p>Actual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
