JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIRED BUSINESS ACUMEN- Introduce and follow up on new sales opportunities on Food & Nutrition products, provide sales solutions and realize sales budget targets in Food and Nutrition portfolio. - Maintain sales activities & conduct customer follow-ups and manage relationships at assigned accounts.- Effectively using deep knowledge of the Food ingredients markets, competitors and supply chains.- Realize personal financial targets and maintaining gross-margin based profit flow in sales.- Manage sales for customer requirements, solve problems, as well as identify and pursue new growth opportunities in Food manufacturing market. - Conduct effective research to identify new perceptions and customer needs with arranging business meetings with existing clients and new customers. - Proactively develop and manage customer relationships within an assigned territory and/or customer segment to drive business growth and market share. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelors Degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering / Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, preferably from reputable universities. - 3-6 years of trackable experience in food ingredients sales account management, planning and implementing sales strategies. - Fluency in English is a must. - Ability to maintain long-lasting relations in customer management with excellent communication and process management skills. - Strong commercial outlook and a sales approach to account management.# Brenntag provides equal employment opportunities to qualified applicants and employees of all backgrounds and identities to create a workplace where difference is valued because it forms a resilient and more innovative organization.
