Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and commercially driven 180 Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who excels in business development, has strong resourcing capabilities, and demonstrates excellent telephone manners. You will focus on generating new client opportunities while partnering with our delivery function to source high-quality candidates for open mandates.Key Responsibilities1. Business Development (Client Acquisition)Conduct proactive outbound BD calls to prospective clients across the UAE.Build and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities within assigned industry sectors.Book and conduct client introduction calls/meetings to understand hiring needs.Present recruitment solutions confidently and professionally to decision makers.Maintain follow-ups and nurture relationships to convert leads into active job orders.2. Candidate Resourcing & Talent MappingUse multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, internal database) to identify suitable candidates.Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.Prepare detailed candidate summaries and present profiles to clients through the delivery team.Conduct market mapping for active and future hiring needs.3. Relationship ManagementBuild strong, trust-based relationships with both clients and candidates.Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring recommendations.Ensure timely updates to clients and maintain a high-quality communication standard throughout the recruitment process.4. CRM & ReportingMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all BD activity, leads, job orders, and candidate pipelines.Meet weekly and monthly KPIs around BD calls, meetings booked, new job orders, and active mandates.Prepare regular pipeline reports and contribute to forecasting discussions.Required Skills & Experience3–5 years of experience in 180 recruitment, sales, or lead generation (UAE preferred).Proven business development capability, with comfort in high-volume outbound calling.Strong resourcing and candidate assessment skills, including screening and interviewing.Excellent telephone manner, clear, professional, and confident communicator.Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and candidates alike.Highly organised, disciplined, and target-focused.Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics.What We OfferAttractive base salary + competitive commission structure.Clear career progression into Senior Consultant or 360 Consultant roles.Training, tools, and resources to support both BD and resourcing success.A collaborative, performance-driven team environment.Opportunity to work with high-growth clients across the UAE.It’s an exciting time to join our community.
