Xero-Savvy Accountant — Saudi Tax & Finance

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experiencein the finance and accounting domain and be proficient in using Xero software. The role involves managing financial records, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting financial decision-making processes.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgerPrepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reportsEnsure compliance with Saudi tax laws (VAT, Zakat, etc.) and other financial regulationsProcess payroll and maintain accurate employee financial recordsReconcile bank statements and financial transactionsGenerate and analyze financial reports to support business decision-makingAssist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysisWork closely with auditors and tax authorities to ensure complianceUtilize Xero accounting software for financial reporting and bookkeepingSupport financial planning and improve accounting processesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in accounting and financeProficiency in Xero accounting software is mandatoryStrong knowledge of Saudi tax laws and financial regulationsExperience in financial reporting, reconciliation, and analysisExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial toolsFluent in English; Arabic is mandatoryCPA, CMA, or any relevant certification is an advantageBenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth insurance and other company benefitsCareer growth opportunities in a dynamic work environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
