Foodics has achieved three rounds of funding, with the latest raising $170 million in the largest SaaS funding round in MENA, boosting its innovation capabilities to better serve business owners.The Job in a NutshellWe’re looking for a Financial Operations Lead to be responsible for our day-to-day settlement operations and overall engagement with our partner banks. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of our fintech solution — Foodics Pay — by identifying and addressing any operational challenges that could impact merchant settlement experience. You’ll handle daily reconciliation of inflows and outflows, manage chargebacks, resolve payout exceptions, and ensure timely delivery of merchant statements and transaction reports. As the main point of contact between our internal teams and banking partners, you’ll play a critical role in monitoring and improving merchant settlement performance, ensuring payouts are completed within agreed SLAs, and providing support to internal stakeholders.What You Will DoEnsure timely receipt of daily merchant statements and transaction reports from aggregator banks.Monitor the settlement cycle and verify successful daily payouts to merchants.Report any technical issues impacting merchant payouts to the technical team and promptly notify internal stakeholders.Investigate and follow up on unsettled transactions, submitting claims to aggregator banks as needed.Manage chargeback and claims requests in coordination with aggregator banks.Process merchant subscription and collection requests.Address and resolve daily payout exceptions.What Are We Looking For4 years of experience in Payment Operations.Good knowledge of banking operations, specifically transaction/reconciliation life cycle; good knowledge of SAMA regulations and offline/online fintech payment business.Good skills in Excel and other Microsoft tools.Great attention to detail and accuracy.Solid time-management skills and a focus on automation and workflow improvements.Good command of English and Arabic is a must.Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Note: This role is not open to fresh graduates; it requires at least 4 years of experience in the banking payment domain.What We Offer YouWe believe you will love working at Foodics!We offer highly competitive compensation packages, including bonuses and the potential for shares.We prioritize personal development and offer regular training and an annual learning stipend to tackle new challenges and grow your career in a hyper-growth environment.Join a talented team of over 30 nationalities working in 14 countries, and gain valuable experience in an exciting industry.We offer autonomy, mentoring, and challenging goals that create incredible opportunities for both you and the company.#J-18808-Ljbffr
