Workplace Technology Trainee - UAEN

Workplace Technology Trainee will support the Information Technology team in day-to-day execution and assist with developing, planning and executing plans and campaigns.This is a temporary contract role for 6 months.Key Responsibilities:Support IT Operations, including day-to-day administration, coordination, and service support activities.Provide first- and second-level end user support for hardware, software, applications, and collaboration tools across the business.Troubleshoot and resolve end user issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, operating systems, printers, and peripherals.Create clear block diagrams and process flowcharts to document application operations and data flows.Actively manage stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, customer-focused IT support.Collaborate closely with Service Operations resolver teams to ensure efficient issue resolution, escalation, and knowledge sharing.Log, track, and update incidents and service requests in the ITSM tool in line with SLAs.Assess, prioritize, and escape incidents and problems based on business impact, urgency, and agreed support models.Perform user onboarding and offboarding activities, including account setup, access provisioning, and equipment readiness.Support end user technology standards, including device builds, software deployment, patching, and upgrades.Contribute to knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures, and user guides to improve self-service and support efficiency.Produce regular operational reports on End User Computing (EUC) performance, issues, trends, and service status.Your Profile:University Degree in IT.You are a passionate associate and interested to build you career in IT.Clear communicator and team player.Ability to communicate to all levels of the business and stakeholders.Other:Possess UAE Family BookThis is a temporary contract role for 6 months.Preferably available to start immediately.#J-18808-Ljbffr
