We are obsessed with customer feedback and continuously evolving to become the region’s digital insurer of reference, committed to running our operations in a responsible, sustainable way.Job purpose:To work in Casualty Commercial UW/Production Team.Quoting and Issuing Liability (CGL, PI, D&O, GBT, GPA, Cyber, WC/EL) policies in line with current underwriting guidelines (issuance of new policies/ endorsements / certificates/ invoices)Ensuring that quotations, policies, endorsements and invoices are issued in line with GIG Underwriting guidelines and best practices.Providing a prompt and professional service to internal and external customersAssist in management of International policy managementBe responsible for analyzing the performance of each policy and prepare renewals accordingly (sending renewal terms/ issuance of policies/ endorsements/ certificates / invoices)Key Responsibilities:To provide technical support/guidance to clients and brokers for any queriesAccurately process all associated data and accounting policy information in the core systems and prepare documentation for client/broker (new/renewal/ endorsement/ invoices/ certificate)Maintain a clear tracking sheets to proper follow ups with all parties and to maintain the standard customers service as per GIG SLA’s and guidelinesReport and elevate any subject which needs intervention from the direct manager to maintain the SLAs with UAE clients and brokersCoordinate and execute timely production of designated policies and ensure the accuracy of the documents in line with the customer/broker agreementsSupport internal and external teams for any technical support related to GIG system and workflowEnsure and support all commercial enquiries with full and complete underwriting information, detailed technical analysis, commercial considerations and recommendations on rates & terms.To be able to analyze a risk and provide the appropriate rate and terms and arrange to issue the policies within the delegated authorityTo underwrite Liability Corporate accounts as assignedTo be responsible for analyzing the performance of each account and prepare the renewal invitations accordingly and manage the renewal process by sending renewal terms/ issuance of policies/ endorsements/ certificates and invoices.Furnish GIG’s internal departments (i.e. Reinsurance, SME, Compliance, Finance, Audit and IT etc.) with necessary data and documentation when requested.Operational & Technical Responsibilities:Ability to build and maintain relation with GIG teams, brokers and clientsFollow UW guidelines and all other internal company proceduresBeing comfortable in taking ownership and decision makingAdherence to SLA’sExcellent written and verbal communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
