<div><p>We are seeking a responsible and hands‑on Workers’ Housing Supervisor to manage day‑to‑day operations of on‑site worker accommodations, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and deliver a respectful, well‑maintained living environment for personnel. This role requires strong operational oversight, people management, and the ability to coordinate maintenance, catering, and logistics to meet company standards and local regulations.</p><h3>Core Accountabilities</h3><ul><li>Accommodation Operations&Facility Management:<ul><li>Oversee daily operations of worker housing facilities including rooms, common areas, kitchens, and sanitation facilities to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and comfort.</li><li>Schedule, coordinate, and supervise maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment activities with internal teams and external contractors to maintain facilities in safe working order.</li><li>Manage inventory of housing‑related supplies, equipment, and spare parts; initiate procurement requests and track usage to control costs.</li></ul></li><li>Health, Safety&Compliance:<ul><li>Ensure all housing operations comply with local laws, company policies, and industry best practices related to health, fire safety, sanitation, and worker welfare.</li><li>Develop, implement, and monitor emergency response plans, fire drills, and evacuation procedures; ensure first‑aid and safety equipment are available and maintained.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections and audits of housing facilities and promptly address non‑conformances; maintain accurate records and incident logs.</li></ul></li><li>Resident Services&Welfare:<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing housing requests, grievances, and welfare concerns professionally and promptly.</li><li>Coordinate catering, laundry, transport, and recreational services to support resident well‑being and morale.</li><li>Promote a respectful, inclusive living environment and manage room allocations, move‑ins, and move‑outs with fairness and transparency.</li></ul></li><li>Team Leadership&Vendor Management:<ul><li>Supervise and mentor housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff; set performance expectations, conduct regular coaching, and participate in hiring and scheduling.</li><li>Manage relationships and service‑level agreements with third‑party vendors (catering, cleaning, maintenance); monitor performance and ensure contract compliance.</li><li>Build a collaborative culture focused on service quality, safety, and continuous improvement.</li></ul></li><li>Reporting, Budgeting&Continuous Improvement:<ul><li>Prepare regular operational reports, occupancy records, incident reports, and maintenance logs for site leadership and corporate compliance.</li><li>Manage housing budgets and expenses, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and ensure efficient use of resources.</li><li>Implement process improvements to enhance service delivery, safety, and resident satisfaction; drive initiatives to standardize housing operations across sites where applicable.</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Ideal Candidate Profile</h3><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>3+ years of supervisory experience in facilities management, worker housing, camp management, or a related operational role, preferably in construction, oil&gas, mining, or large‑scale industrial projects.</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams and coordinating with service providers and contractors.</li><li>Familiarity with occupational health&safety regulations, emergency response protocols, and sanitation standards relevant to worker accommodations.</li><li>Experience with basic budgeting, inventory control, and generating operational reports.</li></ul><h3>Core Competencies</h3><ul><li>Operational Leadership: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and deliver consistent service quality.</li><li>Health&Safety Focus: Commitment to enforcing safety standards and proactively reducing risks in communal living environments.</li><li>People Management: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop frontline teams with fairness and cultural sensitivity.</li><li>Problem Solving&Communication: Effective communicator who resolves resident issues diplomatically and collaborates with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Customer‑Centric Service: A resident‑focused mindset that balances operational efficiency with welfare and dignity of occupants.</li></ul><h3>Personal Attributes</h3><ul><li>Reliable, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven with a hands‑on approach to operations.</li><li>Flexible and adaptable to shift schedules, site conditions, and changing priorities.</li><li>Respectful and culturally aware, able to work with diverse populations.</li><li>Committed to continuous improvement and upholding company values and standards.</li></ul><p>Join us to lead the delivery of safe, compliant, and high‑quality worker housing operations that support our workforce a
