Their portfolio includes residential towers, hospitality destinations, mixed‑use masterplans, and high‑rise developments.As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and drive project delivery across multiple high‑value developments.Role OverviewThe Senior Project Manager will take full ownership of project delivery from inception through to completion and handover. This is a delivery‑focused role, not a design coordination or advisory position. The successful candidate must have been in a hands‑on project delivery and execution role for at least the last five years and demonstrate strong leadership across multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will come from either a civil engineering or architectural background, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects within the UAE.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & DeliveryLead projects from concept initiation through execution and final handoverDrive programme, cost, quality, and risk managementDevelop and manage detailed project delivery strategiesEnsure alignment between design intent and construction executionOversee contractor performance and consultant coordinationExecution & Site OversightMonitor construction progress and resolve delivery challengesEnsure compliance with UAE regulations and authority requirementsLead value engineering and buildability reviewsProactively manage project risks and mitigation strategiesEnsure projects are delivered on time and within budgetStakeholder & Client ManagementAct as primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholdersLead progress meetings and reporting structuresCoordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodiesMaintain strong communication across multidisciplinary teamsCommercial & Contractual ManagementManage contractual obligations and procurement strategiesReview variations, claims, and commercial risksSupport cost control measures and budget trackingRequired Experience & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or ArchitectureMinimum 12–15 years' total professional experienceMinimum 5+ years in a dedicated project delivery/execution leadership roleProven A–Z project delivery experience within the UAEDemonstrable experience delivering:Residential developmentsHospitality projectsMixed-use developmentsHigh-rise towersStrong knowledge of UAE building codes and authority approval processesExperience managing multidisciplinary consultant teamsStrong site-based delivery experienceExperience dealing with contractors, claims, and programme recoveryTechnical CompetenciesProgramme management expertise (Primavera/MS Project preferred)Strong commercial awarenessContract knowledge (FIDIC experience preferred)Risk management capabilityAuthority approvals and compliance expertise within UAE jurisdictionsKey AttributesStrong leadership and decision‑making skillsDelivery-driven and solutions‑orientedCommercially astuteConfident communicator with executive presenceAble to manage complex stakeholder environmentsHigh level of accountability and ownershipWhat's on offerCompetitive tax-free salaryExposure to large-scale and landmark developmentsOpportunity to work within a globally active consultancyCareer progression into senior leadershipProfessional and collaborative work environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
