We’re Hiring | Wireless & Microwave Expert EngineerLocation: UAEAt Digitus Group, we are expanding our technical team and looking for a highly skilled Wireless & Microwave Expert Engineer to join our growing operations in UAE.If you are passionate about high-performance networks, critical infrastructure, and cutting-edge wireless technologies, this opportunity is for you.ResponsibilitiesConfigure, integrate, and troubleshoot wireless controllers, access points, and microwave radiosOptimize network performance including throughput, latency, availability, and interference mitigationSupport new site rollouts, technology upgrades, and relocationsAnalyze alarms, outages, and performance degradation, ensuring fast restoration and clear RCA reportingCollaborate with NOC, field teams, vendors, and project teamsEnsure compliance with security standards, change management, and documentation practicesPrepare technical designs, network diagrams, and acceptance reportsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or NetworkingCCNP Wireless certification (mandatory)Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom wireless and microwave networksStrong Technical KnowledgeRF fundamentals, link budgets, Fresnel zone, and interference analysisMicrowave PTP/PMP systems, antenna alignment, and spectrum coordinationWireless LAN architecture, controllers, authentication, roaming, and QoSHands-on experience with major OEMs such as Cisco, Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, Ceragon, NEC, SIAE, Ubiquiti, or CambiumExperience in operator-grade networks and critical infrastructure environmentsKnowledge of 5G/LTE backhaul, IP/MPLS integration, and synchronization (PTP / SyncE)Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skillsAbility to work in live networks with strict SLA and change control processes#J-18808-Ljbffr
