Our team strives to create a safe and memorable experience for families, positively impacting children’s lives daily.</p><h3>AT-WSI Position Objective</h3><p>Work with the General Manager, Aquatic Manager, and Aquatic Staff on all aquatic daily operations, ensuring company core values, customer satisfaction, and revenue increase.</p><h3>Customer Service</h3><ul><li>Greet customers when they come into the facility.</li><li>Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers.</li><li>Build relationships with families, getting to know their names and their children’s.</li><li>Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcome.</li><li>Report to the manager if complaints are unresolved.</li><li>Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interaction.</li></ul><h3>AT-WSI Duties</h3><ul><li>Uphold Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Core Values.</li><li>Report to work 15 minutes prior to each shift.</li><li>Be in uniform (Staff shirt) and wear mask when entering any AT facility or location.</li><li>Set up teaching areas.</li><li>Clean and maintain pool areas before and after each shift.</li><li>Understand and uphold AT fecal contamination policies.</li><li>Teach in accordance with the AT curriculum.</li><li>Be knowledgeable in regards to parent questions regarding progression and AT curriculum.</li><li>Fill out Aqua Cards on a consistent basis and return them to the correct place in the bin.</li><li>Attend staff meetings and in-service training.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Accommodation and transportation provided.</li><li>Medical insurance covered.</li><li>Twice-a-year bonuses.</li><li>Annual salary increments.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
