Job Description Location: Anna Salai, Chennai. Experience: 5 years plus till 12 years in Business development for Training/Education Industry. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Sales: Identify new prospects via networking, cold calling, and industry events to build a robust sales pipeline. Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships . Market Strategy: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to refine sales strategies. Proposals & Negotiation: Prepare, present, and negotiate business proposals and contracts to close deals. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure client needs are met and growth targets are achieved. Reporting: Monitor sales metrics and provide regular progress reports on revenue goals.
