The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with water system operations, a strong understanding of water quality standards, and the ability to ensure safe and reliable water service for base personnel.RequirementsESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Operate and monitor water treatment and distribution systems to ensure safe, clean, and reliable water supplyPerform routine inspections, sampling, and testing of water systems to meet regulatory standardsConduct preventive and corrective maintenance on water treatment equipment and distribution infrastructureTroubleshoot operational issues and implement appropriate solutions under supervisionMaintain accurate operational logs, reports, and records in compliance with regulatory requirementsAssist in emergency response efforts related to water system issuesFollow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environmentEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma or equivalentMust hold Class III Water System Operations CertificationMinimum of 4 years of water system operations experienceStrong knowledge of water treatment processes, water quality standards, and distribution system operationsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, mission-critical environmentADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Must possess a valid U. S. Driver's LicensePossess a valid U. S.
