Warehouse Manager vacancy in Ras-al-Khaimah UAEWe are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Warehouse Manager to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods to our customers.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, shipping, and inventory managementDevelop and implement warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and productivityEnsure accurate record‑keeping of inventory levels and timely replenishment of stockSupervise and train warehouse staff to maintain a safe working environment and meet performance goalsCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of warehouse activitiesMonitor and maintain quality control standards for all products received and shipped outRegularly conduct physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy of recordsPrepare reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, productivity, and any issues or concernsRequirementsProven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in a fast‑paced environmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving goalsExcellent organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detailKnowledge of warehouse software systems (e.g. SAP) is preferredAbility to work well under pressure in a dynamic environmentFluency in English is preferred but not requiredIndian nationality preferred but all nationalities are welcome to applyWe offer competitive compensation packages including accommodation for suitable candidates.
